Last term myself and Daryl got our stage and characters finished. We have no idea how to record secondlife and which program to use. We would appreaciate it if someone comments this and tells us which program we use to record while playing secondlife and show us how to cut videos and import voices in this program Continue

Last lesson, myself and Daryl put on the textures of the stage. He didn't like the ones that I got so he used all of his own. We started the new stage because we realsied that our other one was very badly designed so we created another with textures. Continue

Last week I could not blog post because I found myself with a Trojan on my computer. It kept loading itself about every 30 seconds which meant that 1 virus became 2. And 2 viruses became 4. They kept loading themselves and I eventually had over 800 of the same trojan. Now that I have gotten rid of the viruses I can blog again. Last week myself and Daryl finalised the script we will be doing. We are going to do the ending act of the Taming of the shrew (Act 5). Continue

Today during class I made a new stage. Our last one was just a cube and today I made one with a good wooden texture. Daryl went and got some costumes from the internet and is putting them on secondclassroom with Screenshots. Continue

Today in SPJ I found myself at the start of the lesson with my dragon suit on. By the time I got logged in on a computer that worked I found my partner Daryl. He then had alot of lag so I went about creating our stage. Daryl creatied the floor and then I made the surrounding 4 walls, duplicated the first and moved the others into place. After they were in place, I linked them. That was my lesson. Continue

Our new task on secondlife is to create a two (2) minute video using various computer programmes and record footage from Secondlife. Our task is to create a video about a shakespeare play and instead of conventionally doing it, e.g. acting or speaking we will need to use our knowledge of computers to create something that we have never done before. The style is Machinima and in my opinion (imo) should be an exciting task to complete Continue
