During todays lesson I merely helped out some other students since I am ready to film once my group members have completed their assigned tasks. Hopefully we are all ready to start filming by the end of next lesson so that we can put some time and effort into filming and editing our machinima which is what the project is mainly based on. During todays lesson Mr Groom went through the robin wood avatar clothing photoshop templates and taught me how to use and create clothes using the template. The lesson started out with the group making a crucial decision to take on board a new member. We chose Sunny (Sunnyboy) because he was new to the project and we wanted to 'show him the ropes'. The roles for each member were allocated and then everyone got down to work. My role for today was to start researching the dialogue for the play. Reflective Journal 5

During todays lesson I worked on creating clothes in world for my avatar on Second Life. This involved me playing around a lot with prim shapes and sizes. I also came across this very helpful youtube tutorial by Torley Linden explaining how you can create even smaller prims then the limited size. After awhile I gave up on creating clothing out of prims and went back to my photoshop clothes templates and continued my work on them. Continue

Today the lesson stated off with Paul and I completing our journals to get them up to date. I helped Paul in finishing his 2nd blog post; a small acheivement for him. Today our group has finished our stage and have started making our props. I am required to make a forest and get a sword for our play. I have already found a sword. All I need to do is finish of our stage and make sure its ok and make a sort of forest with trees and plants and bushes. All this should be done by next week. Continue
