The Teen Second Classroom is a project ning to explore ways in teens and teachers can use immersive media such as Second Life, MMOPRG and social networks. Teen Second Classroom blends Web 2.0 technologies, including, blogs, wiki’s and ‘virtual worlds’ for collaborative learning of both teachers and students. By providing a common place to learn and share ideas, teachers can learn from students about the power of new media to provide learning opportunities that might otherwise not exist.
